When you signup and have created your account you should receive an e-mail sent to you from us, it can sometimes take 1-2 minutes. It will have instructions on how to confirm your e-mail. Simply press the button in the e-mail to confirm your identity.

We all make mistakes or forget, we do it too. All you have to do is press the 'forgot password?' link underneath the password text box on the login screen. From there you can enter your e-mail address to confirm your identity, then you can set a new password to then login with for future logins.

Yes, we do support Two-Factor Authentication! We have worked hard on bringing this integration to our customers for maxiumum security of their accounts.

Easily enable Two-Factor Authentication by navigating to the settings tab on your dashboard, then navigate to "Two-Factor Authentication" on left. From there follow the steps to enable this security feature for your account.

Same process as enabling, but to disable just enter your security code on your app. If you no longer have access to your app, for security reasons our support will have to deactivate this manually. You must open a support ticket and a support specialist will respond with information on this matter within 24 hours.

It is very simple to change your e-mail address. Just navigate to the account settings page then located where it shows your e-mail address and press 'Change' next to it.

If this is your first time here and do not already have an account you can signup on the signin page under 'don't have an account? Sign Up' and it will bring you to the registration page. It takes less then 60 seconds to signup!

If you are an existing member, you can not create multiple accounts.

If you you want to delete your account and stop being a member of Excel Mining, please open a new support ticket under 'close my account' and a support specialist will respond with information on this matter within 24 hours.

You can not add funds to your account directly. You have to purchase hashpower, which is where you will be prompted to send your crypto-coin to our address with a specified amount on screen.

To withdraw funds, navigate to your mining dashboard. From there under 'Bitcoin Balance' should be a button marked 'Withdraw'.

Be sure to have your withdrawal address set before withdrawaling.

There are no withdrawal fees for most coins when withdrawing from our platform. Due to our sending practices it does not cost much to send our payment withdrawals. Currently Ethereum is the only withdrawal that requires a transaction fee.

To start mining you must purchase hashpower for your selected mining algorithm. You can purchase hashpower on the purchase page located in our user webpanel.

Cloud Mining is the process of Bitcoin mining utilizing a remote datacenter with shared processing power. This type of cloud mining enables users to mine Bitcoins or alternative cryptocurrencies without managing the hardware themselves. The mining rigs are housed and maintained in a facility owned by a mining company and the customer simply needs to register and purchase mining contracts.

On the first glance one might think that buying miner X is slightly cheaper than hosted mining. However, there are a number of “hidden” costs related to purchasing and maintaining a miner that change the economics significantly:

Shipping costs, Customs dues / VAT, Delivery time, Costs for additional equipment, Setting the system up, Maintenance, and Electricity.

Please do not get us wrong: we do not want to discourage anyone from mining at home! We are often asked about prices and realized that many users do not know about all the hidden costs. If you compare the true costs, you will notice that our prices are very competitive. Payouts are generated every 24 hours and added to your accounts balance according to your miner's daily work. Although your first payout will most likely be less then your usual payout due to the contracts time of activation.

We guarantee a return of up to 250% of your initial investment! Although cloud mining depends highly on the daily prices and difficulties of the coin, which cannot be predicted. It is just not possible. Although there are services on the internet that allow you to predict those values from your current mining information.

A fixed maintenance fee is deducted from a select few of our mining contracts for their full runtime. The fee is fixed in USD but deducted from the daily mining payout in BTC. Our maintenance fee consists of the electricity cost, cooling, maintenance work, and hosting services.
